- Please go to Settings >> Security, and turn on “Unknown sources“, this step enables you to install apps out of Google Play.
- Please uninstall the current app and download the latest version from our website (https://www.snaptubeapp.net). ATTENTION: your downloaded files will not disappear if you uninstall the app (you can find them in your download path, though My Files will be empty after reinstallation), but you will lose the files which are still downloading.
- Please open the apk at notification bar or in file manager, do not open it in download history of Chrome browser.
